Oh no! I’m so sorry about that. All of my items are double-checked to ensure the best packaging possible before being shipped.
I do my best to make sure that everything is packed well for shipping, but unfortunately, I can’t control how your package is handled during shipping. If you do receive a broken or damaged item, please contact me ASAP, and I will work to get you a replacement as quickly as possible!
Please note that with handmade products, very slight variations in appearance are normal and do not necessarily render the product defective or broken. Remember, I am an artist, not a machine!
